From spearheading Amazon's record-breaking Prime Day to launching the first-ever ad utilizing NFC technology or driving unprecedented DoorDash orders and customer acquisition, my goal is to achieve transformative results for brands while making a significant impact in the industry.

EXPERIENCE

DoorDash, Creative Director, Growth and Performance (Apr 2022- Jan 2025)

  • Responsible for creating and managing high-impact, direct response work across paid digital and social channels.

  • Led partner agency teams to create roadmaps and innovative solutions to deliver growth-focused, goal-oriented creative.

  • Recent campaigns for Summer of DashPass led to 4.3m incremental orders and Back to School drove 1.9m incremental orders and a 71.1m incremental GMV.

Amazon, Global Creative Director, Digital, Social and Brand (July 2016- Mar 2022)

  • Led creative concepting, strategy development and messaging for what became the largest global shopping event in Amazon’s history - Prime Day 2019. Partnered with 18 different country managers to understand cultural nuances to create an effective and efficient global campaign. Mentored and led junior creative teams across the US, UK and China to bring the campaign to life.

  • Led creative and strategy development and partnered with XFN teams to help launch various Alexa-enabled devices including Fire TV Cube, Fire TV stick, Echo Dot, and entertainment services like Amazon Channels.

  • Worked with cross-functional teams, C-level marketing leaders and business partners to develop strategy, and creative solutions across all channels for Amazon’s Super Bowl campaign 2017.

BBDO SF, Associate Creative director (April 2015- July 2016)

  • Partnered with multicultural agencies Muse and Acento to lead creative work for over 8000 Wells Fargo Bank branches in North America.

  • Led the creation of an award-winning integrated campaign for Cesar dog food that generated 30% more online impressions and a more robust social presence for the brand.

Arnold Worldwide, Senior Copywriter (April 2012-March 2015)

  • Created a one-of-a-kind, storytelling experience for Jack Daniel's increasing online impressions for the brand while winning multiple industry accolades.

  • Created experiential campaign for Santander Bank that bridged physical and digital world’s leading to a permanent exhibit at the Museum of Fine Art in Boston.

  • Helped launch Gentleman Jack and worked on successful new business pitches.

Team One, Publicis, Copywriter (Sep 2008- April 2012)

  • Created the world's first NFC ad for Lexus cars in partnership with WIRED magazine.

  • Partnered with The Tonight Show with Conan O' Brien to create a unique giveaway idea for Lexus HSh.

  • Worked with XFN teams to create integrated work for Lexus, Ritz Carlton and Belkin.

Modernista!, Jr. Copywriter (July 2004- September 2008)

  • Helped launch Hummer H3 into the world which saw year-on-year growth.

  • Worked with non-profit "Stop Handgun Violence" to raise awareness about gun safety, gun violence via the longest billboard in America three years in a row.

  • Worked on several advertising campaigns including Project Red, Cadillac & Napster.

Ogilvy India, Copywriter (July 2000- Aug 2002)

  • Created award-winning, results driven advertising campaigns for Weekender Kidswear, 3M Post Its, Titan Watches, Deluxe Green Label coffee, and Allen Solly menswear.

  • Helped create ideas for several new business pitches as well.
